The Fall in Sydney House Pricing

“House prices in Sydney fell last week. According to CoreLogic, prices fell by 0.2% in Sydney, leaving the decline over the past four weeks at 0.7%.” Business Insider. From my personal experience, similar property to our inner west unit we sold in February 2017 is achieving much lower results, as I have been advised by our selling agent.

I am putting it out there. Yes, things may change, but this is how I see the property market unfolding in the next 5 years. Some of my predictions may not pull through as the market is changing all the time, however thanks for the opportunity to put it out there.
