Meet Julian Khursigara
Julian spent over 20 years in customer experience and loyalty, but property was always his real passion. Seeing a gap in the market, he built Search Party Property with a data-driven approach, helping investors make smart, strategic decisions. Having worked across the Asia-Pacific region, he knows how insights and strategy can turn real estate into a powerful wealth-building tool.
At Search Party Property, Julian has created a culture of integrity, knowledge-sharing, and long-term success. He’s built his own portfolio, learned plenty along the way, and is passionate about helping others achieve financial freedom through property.
His philosophy is simple: life is no dress rehearsal, and smart property decisions can open doors to greater opportunities.
Outside of property, he’s a one-eyed Sydney Swans supporter, an avid vinyl collector (@vinyldepository on IG), and enjoys a fine single malt. On weekends, you’ll find him hiking deep in the bush, spending time with his wife and two daughters, or volunteering with Lifeline, giving back to the community.
