Seeing a gap in the market, he built Search Party Property with a data-driven approach, helping investors make smart, strategic decisions. Having worked across the Asia-Pacific region, he knows how insights and strategy can turn real estate into a powerful wealth-building tool.

At Search Party Property, Julian has created a culture of integrity, knowledge-sharing, and long-term success. He’s built his own portfolio, learned plenty along the way, and is passionate about helping others achieve financial freedom through property.

His philosophy is simple: life is no dress rehearsal, and smart property decisions can open doors to greater opportunities.

Outside of property, he’s a one-eyed Sydney Swans supporter, an avid vinyl collector (@vinyldepository on IG), and enjoys a fine single malt. A dedicated investor herself since 2002, she understands how to spot opportunities and maximise returns.

At Search Party Property, Farrah runs daily operations, leading the Client Services team to ensure a smooth journey from contract to settlement and beyond. She’s all about the details and delivering top-tier service.

When she’s not deep in property, Farrah gives back – volunteering as a mentor and teaching ethics at her kids’ school. She also hits the netball court whenever she gets the chance.

David bought his first property at 21 and hasn’t looked back. Over the past 20 years, he’s built a solid portfolio, managed his own investments, and co-owned a property management business in Western Sydney. Now, as a Property Strategist at Search Party Property, he helps others make smart property moves.

After completing her HSC in 2024, she earned a spot at the University of Technology Sydney to study Business and Public Health. Growing up in a household where property investing was a hot topic, she developed a natural interest in the industry.

At Search Party Property, Ava keeps the community engaged through social media, making sure clients stay informed. She also supports the finance team, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Outside of work, Ava is a self-confessed foodie who loves discovering Sydney’s best eats. When she’s not out exploring new cafes, she’s baking sweet treats for family and friends.

Jean Cuenco

Executive Assistant to CEO

Jean’s career started in the most unexpected way – working as a labourer on a banana plantation to put herself through uni. After graduating, she moved into sales but soon took a leap of faith, leaving the corporate world to become a Virtual Assistant.

Jean joined Search Party Property during the pandemic and has been a key part of the team ever since. Over the years, she’s learned the ins and outs of property investment, even taking the plunge with her first land purchase. Now, she helps keep things running smoothly by managing admin, organising leads, and supporting the sales team.

Outside of work, Jean loves nature and capturing it through photography and videography—always looking for the perfect shot.
